(1)Service Description

• The Internet of Things full-time monitoring service platform currently mainly provides services such as online application, information inquiry, and data download by equipment suppliers, bonded shipping tool companies, importers and exporters, warehousing companies, and transportation companies through the Web.

(2) Service Pre-activation Procedures

• Other than on-line application, all application services of the single window require PKI authentication; users are required to prepare the following operations before using the service:

• • 1. User hardware/software equipment requirements:

    - Hardware: Personal computer and card reader
    - Browser version:The newest version Google Chrome or FireFox
    - Internet connection

  • 2. Other than on-line application, users are required to apply a certificate in advance.

  • 3. Complete certificate registration at the CPT single window portal.

(3) Service Content Description

• 1.Equipment supplier operations

  Equipment supplier operation is to provide equipment suppliers with the use the certificate to apply for registration, real-time tracking of device on/off applications, real-time tracking of device installation/transaction registration applications, and application progress query.

• 2.Bonded shipping tool operations

  Bonded shipping tool operation is to provide bonded shipping tool operators with functions such as registration application, vehicle registration application, driver registration application and vehicle trajectory query using certificate.

• 3.Importer and exporter operations

  Importer and exporter operation is to provide importer and exporter use the certificate to handle connection application, cargo track query and other functions.

• 4.Warehousing companies operations

  Warehousing companies operation is to provide warehousing operators with functions such as application for connection connection, registration application for dedicated staff, application for location label, cargo trajectory query, and application for delivery order by the warehousing operator.

• 5.Transportation companies operations

  Transportation companies operations is to provide the transporter with the function of using the certificate to process the connection application and the cargo track query.

• 6.Other applications and inquiries

  Other applications and inquiries are to provide operators with functions such as online application and inquiries for export empty container quasi-orders using the certificate.
