In order to establish a new cargo movement safety supervision mechanism, the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance will realize the goal of monitoring the whole process of container (things) movement from point to point. Six major development priorities, including "Partners", "Cost Reduction", "Preventing Smuggling", "Deepening Investigations", "Cultivating Industries" and "Information Integration" are implemented.

The plan will include container and bonded trucks and other automobile container (material) freight industry business vehicles. By installing smart on-board locomotives and vehicle seals and other equipment, with the Internet of Things technology to record the entire transportation data, the data will be transmitted to the customs platform in real time. In the future, it can effectively enhance the momentum of customs investigations.

In the future, if the specifications of vehicle-mounted devices and seals can further comply with international standards and be in line with overseas logistics transportation, it will further promote trade facilitation and enhance China's global trade security status, and achieve the goal of a win-win cooperation between the government and the private sector.
